The purpose of the invention is to increase the productivity of plants.
Fig. 1 shows a hydraulic installation diagram; FIG. 2 - vegetation tray assembly, axonometric; Fig. 3 is a diagram of the tension of flexible connections.
The hydroponic plant contains inclined growing trays 1 with shading ribbons 2 of opaque foil placed on the base. Tilt trays
1 is carried out by supporting devices of adjustable height (not shown). Racks 4 are fixed to the end parts of the trays 1 by means of the supports 3. The upper end of the tray 1 is closed by a side, the lower end is open ,.
Between the uprights 4, two parallel flexible connections 5 are stretched, which are the parallel branches of a closed loop of a cable or cord. One of the branches is equipped with an elastic compensator 6, made in the form of rubber slings or twisted springs. Links 5 on racks 4 are held by tension and are able to move up or down. Shading ribbons 2 are made in the form of strips of opaque polyethylene film, with one side white and the second black, and fixed one by one on each flexible link 5 with a long edge, for example, using loops or a solid pocket. The second edge of the tape hangs loose on the side of tray 1, the length of the tapes
7.2 is equal to at least the distance between the uprights 4, and the width to at least the height of the uprights 4. In the case of a considerable length of tray 1, several posts are fixed to it along the length 4. between which the flexible connections 5 with the strips 2 are successively tensioned. Flexible ties 5 are provided with means for connecting the upper edges of the shading tapes 2 in the form of pegs 7.
Система подачи питательного раствора содержит бак 8 дл питательного раствора, насос 9, соединительные трубопроводы 10 и блок 11 управлени .The nutrient solution supply system comprises a nutrient solution tank 8, a pump 9, connecting pipes 10 and a control unit 11.
The installation works as follows
The control unit 11 periodically turns on the pump 9, ensuring periodic feeding from the tank 8 to the upper part of the trays 1 of the nutrient solution. Stack through trays 1, the solution is drained from their lower open ends back into the tank 8. In the trays 1, planting material is placed, for example, potatoes. At the same time, the flexible connections 5 are mounted on the uprights 4 in a lower position. The plants germinate in the gap between the flexible connections 5 with the upper edges of the ribbons 2 fixed to them. After that, the upper and
При дальнейшем росте растений прищепкиbutt edges with each other, crimping the stems of plants and fixing them at the same time. At the same time, the access of light to the root system inside trays 1 is prevented. With the further growth of plants, the clothespins
7 is removed, and the flexible links 5 with ribbons 2 move upward along the uprights 4, the lower parts of the plant stems are shaded. After this pegs 7 set again. In conditions of darkness and high humidity
When the first tubers reach the sizes corresponding to the sizes of the conditioned planting material,
Длина и ширина лент 2 дает возможность затен ть нижнюю часть кроныpartial harvesting; To do this, lift the lower free-hanging edges of the ribbons 2, opening access to the space inside trays 1 and under the ribbons 2. The conditioned tubers tear off, while, if necessary, lifting the root mat. Since the stems are fixed between the flexible connections 5, the plants do not overturn during this operation. The length and width of the ribbons 2 makes it possible to shade the lower part of the crown.
4.at any position of the flexible links 5 on the uprights 4.
При необходимости фиксаци высокой надземной части между стойками 4 над гибкими св з ми 5 дополнительно нат гиваютс шпалеры.(не показаны).Compensator 6 provides constant tension for flexible connections 5 and fixation of the aerial parts of plants. If necessary, the fixation of the high aboveground part between the uprights 4 above the flexible links 5 additionally pulls the trellis (not shown).
Partial tuber harvesting
несколько раз за вегетацию позвол ет обеспечить равномерное во времени получение кондиционных клубней и в целом увеличить продуктивность растений.several times during the growing season, it is possible to ensure the production of conditioned tubers uniformly in time and, in general, to increase the productivity of plants.
