Abstract
The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to cast wear-resistant steel, intended for the manufacture of parts operating under conditions of impact abrasive wear. The purpose of the invention is to increase the crack resistance of castings, toughness and wear resistance by producing an austenitic structure without quenching. The steel additionally contains tungsten in the following ratio of components, wt.% Carbon 0.9-1.4; silicon 0.5-1; manganese 11.5-14; copper 0.7-2; nickel 0.1-2; calcium is 0.05-0.1, a gram is 0.4-0.8, iron is the rest, with the condition that the total copper content is 3.5-4. 2 tabl
Description
д.The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular, to compositions of cast wear-resistant steel intended for the manufacture of parts operating under conditions of impact abrasive wear, for example, armor of ore grinding mills or protective rings of a rod of a small cone of ore-grinding mills, or protective rings of a rod of a small cone of a loading device blast furnaces, skip skins, blast furnaces, etc.
Цель изобретени - повышение трещи- ноуетойчивости отливок ударной в зкости и износостойкости за счет получени аусте- нитной структуры без закалки, при этом суммарное содержание меди и никел в ней должно составл ть 3,5-4,0 мас.%.The purpose of the invention is to increase the crack resistance of castings of toughness and wear resistance by producing an austenitic structure without quenching, and the total content of copper and nickel in it should be 3.5-4.0 wt.%.
Liquid steel in the furnace before starting is heated to 1470-1500 ° C, the temperature of casting molds 1430-1450 ° C
In tab. Tables 1 and 2 show the chemical compositions of the experimental steels and the results of tests of castings with difficult shrinkage for crack resistance, wear resistance and impact strength.
Предлагаема сталь позвол ет в 1,5-2 раза увеличить срок службы деталей, снизить простой оборудовани и расход металла .The proposed steel makes it possible to increase the service life of parts by a factor of 1.5–2, to reduce equipment downtime and to reduce metal consumption.
