п.The invention relates to ferrous metallurgy and mechanical engineering and can be used in the manufacture of wear-resistant material for cast parts operating under conditions of tact-dynamic loading with an abrasive effect, such as track machines, an excavator bucket tooth, and the like.
1.The purpose of the invention is to increase durability under cyclic contact-impact loading and impact-abrasive wear and impact strength at lower temperatures. Example The melting of the proposed steel is carried out in an open induction 50 kg furnace and poured into ingots weighing 10 kg. The chemical composition of the known and proposed steel is given in table. one.
Структура образцов всех сталей после закалки от 1100 С в воду чисто аусте-Samples are cut out of the ingots for impact strength tests and abrasive and impact abrasive wear. The relative wear resistance is estimated from the mass loss of the samples during the test. The structure of the samples of all steels after quenching from 1100 ° C into the water is pure auste-

It is necessary to work in harsh operating conditions, and at the same time it is 1.2-1.35 times better known for abrasive and impact-abrasive wear resistance. Known steel has unsatisfactory toughness at low temperatures (1.6 times lower than required) and low wear resistance. The degree of manganese segregation in economically doped steels x is lower (and in steels x with antimony is even lower) than in steel 110G13L (basic) and the structure of these steels is more finely grained, i.e. the quality of the cast steel offered
