Ауто- дермальный трансплантат укладывают на место дефекта и провод т ранее наложенные лигатуры через всю толщу аутодермаль- ного лоскута, после чего подшивают последний к апоневрозу пр мых мышц живота Способ позвол ет улучшить результаты лечени и рекомендован дл практического применени 1 ил. От лоскута отсечены подкожно-жирова клетчатка и остатки грыжевого мешка, произведена перфораци в шахматном пор дке скальпелем и трансплантат фиксирован ранее наложенными лигатурами к апоневрозу у медиального кра пр мых мышц живота. После этого лоскут подшит к оставшимс наружным кра м переднего листка влагалища пр мых мышц с обеих сторон. Рана ушита с оставлением 2 дренажных трубок над трансплантатом дл активной аспирации.
