Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, particularly to plastic surgery and may be applied for the anterior abdominal wall wide defects in the hypogastric region.Summary of the method consists in the application of local tissue, wherein as plastic material are used three cutaneo-subcutaneo-fascial flaps, two flaps being formed of duplication of the upper de-epidermized wound edge and fixed above the aponeurosis and lower edge of the straight and oblique muscles of the abdomen and below the pubic symphysis and preserved soft tissues, and the third flap is formed of the lower wound edge, placed on the formed duplication and fixed to the border of the intact and de-epidermized skin.The result consists in the wide defects replacement after removal of pathologic formations that favours the adequate fixation of plastic material, prophylaxis of postoperative ventral hernia formation.
