Description
The invention relates to welding, in particular to torches for electric arc welding with a suction of dust from the welding zone.
The drawing shows a nozzle, appearance.
The purpose of the invention is the provision of suction and speed control of the suction gases.
Between the turns 1 of a telescopic spiral made of non-spring material, there is a spiral gap 2, the dimensions of which can vary. Resizing of the spiral gap 2 is carried out by longitudinal deformation of the turns of the nozzle. The smallest diameter of the conical part of the nozzle is slightly larger or equal to the diameter of the burner nozzle. The nozzle can be mounted on the hollow handle of the torch for semi-automatic welding. The cavity of the burner handle is connected by an air conduit to the traction inducer.
A burner with a nozzle operates as follows.
During welding, welding aerosol and harmful gases are emitted, which are sucked in by a slotted spiral nozzle and through the cavity of the handle and air-conducting 5 tubes are supplied to the pull rods. The suction speed and suction spectrum are controlled by> decreasing or increasing the width of the gap between the turns of the nozzle by decreasing or increasing the total length of the nozzle. Thus, a reduction in the concentration of harmful substances in the welder’s breathing zone is achieved to the limits admissible by sanitary standards and without compromising the quality of welded joints.
