Description
Изобретение относитс к способам изготовлени керамических изделий, которые могут быть использованы в электронной и радиотехнической промышленности .The invention relates to methods for producing ceramic products that can be used in the electronic and radio industry.
The aim of the invention is to create waste-free technology by disposing of the waste after the final calcination.
Не измельченные необходимой дисперсности отходы извлекают при перегрузке мельницы, а затем используют в сле- дукщем цикле измельчени .Process waste generated after firing is heated to 900-1000 ° C and then cooled in running water. The operation is allowed 2 to 3 times, after which the waste treated in this way is added to the batch of batch until it is crushed in an amount of up to 50% of the mass of sinter. Then, simultaneous grinding of the batch of batch and waste after heat treatment is carried out. In this case, most of the added waste is crushed and converted into powder material. The unmilled waste of the required dispersity is recovered when the mill is reloaded, and then used in the next grinding cycle.
0056. Pr and measures. After the final calcination at 1630 ° C, the scrap of parts from VK-94-1 material and the used calcining tool from the same material are heated to temperatures lying in the range of 900-1000 ° C, after which they are immediately placed in running water with a temperature of 20 ° C. The number of heat treatments 2-3. The waste after heat treatment is added to the batch of the charge before its grinding in an amount of not more than 50 wt.%. Then the mixture of cakes of batch and wastes is placed in a ball mill and grinded by wet grinding with melting bodies from the VK-94-1 material. The grinding time in all experiments to obtain a powder with a specific surface of 5000 cm2 / g for 18 hours. The aqueous suspension of the powder after grinding is poured through a 0056 sieve.
Not crushed in one cycle, the waste remaining on the sieve is used in the next cycle. The mass of waste remaining on the sieve is recorded in each experiment.
The utilization rate of the waste in the grinding cycle is determined by the ratio of the mass difference of the waste before and after grinding to its original mass.
The aqueous suspension of the ceramic powder is dried in a drying cabinet at 100 ° C for 40-50 hours, and then wiped through a 018 sieve. Then, to remove bound moisture, the powder is calcined at 400 ° C.
Состав шликера еле- From the ceramic powders prepared in this way, a casting slip is prepared in a hot mixing mill. The composition of the slip is
0,45.blowing, wt.%: powder 87.7; paraffin 11; wax 0.85; oleic acid 0.45.
Приготовленный шликер загружают в литьевую машину К113Б и при температуре гшикера 70°С и давлении 2-10 Па с помощью прибора ЛПС измер ют литейную способность шликера .The prepared slip is loaded into the casting machine K113B and at a temperature of 70% of a spiker and a pressure of 2-10 Pa, the casting ability of the slip is measured using an LPS device.
2.The parameters of the modes and casting ability are given in tables 1 and 2.
