Изобретение относитс к технологии очистки газов от NOX селективным каталитическим восстановлением до азота в водных растворах, примен емой в химических производствах и позвол ющей повысить степень очистки и предотвратить накопление в водном растворе продуктов реакции. Газы, содержащие примеси NOX, обрабатывают водным раствором восстановител - мочевины при мольном соотношении NH2 : СО : NOx, равном 12 1. Раствор содержит катализатор - тетрасульфофталоцианин Си, NI или Со с концентрацией 1 г/л. Температура раствора 30-60°. П р и м е р 1. Процесс провод т в проточном реакторе диаметром 10 мм с высотой насадки 150 мм. Объемный расход газов 25 л/ч. Температура процесса 20-60°С. Оксиды азота подаютс снизу реактора на слой насадки, орошаемой водным раствором , имеющим состав: мочевина 10 мае. %, тетрасульфофталоцианин кобальта с концентрацией 1 г/л, при соотношении NOx: мочевина - 1:12. После очистки концентраци окислов азота составл ет 0,002 - 0,056 об. %. Степень очистки 98,8% - 99,8%.EXAMPLE 1. В водном растворе после его использовани не накапливаютс продукты реакции, так как восстановление NOx мочевиной приводит к образованию лишь N2.
