Abstract
The invention relates to the production of coke and allows an increase in the yield of metallurgical coke by preventing the formation of spongy coke and reducing the consumption of coking coal. A coal mixture from sintering coals is loaded into the furnace of the coke oven battery, leaving the upper part of the volume 100–200 mm high free, which is then loaded with lumpy coal with low sinterability. The use of the proposed method allows to reduce the consumption of expensive and scarce coking coal due to the elimination of their expenditure on the formation of spongy coke and to increase the yield of metallurgical coke by 2%. 1 tab.
Description
Изобретение относитс к производству кокса и может быть использовано при получении кокса из каменных углей в камерных печах различной конструкции .The invention relates to the production of coke and can be used in the preparation of coke from coal in chamber furnaces of various designs.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the yield of metallurgical coke by preventing the formation of spongy coke in the upper part of the coke cake and reducing the consumption of coking coal.
Example. The coal charge containing coal of the following grades: W 18 - 40%, W 10 - 20%, K2 - 30%, K10 - 10%, in the amount of 16, 15 tons is loaded into the furnace of the coke oven battery type PK-47, then reload 0.85 t (5%) of a low-grade 2CC grade coal with a particle size less than 25 mm, which is 200 mm in height.
Полученный из спекающейс шихты коксовый пирог с коксом из догруженного слабоспекающегос угл выдают из коксовой камеры при обычной нагрузке на штангу коксовыталкивател .The coke cake with coke from the loaded low-fusing coal obtained from the sintering mixture is discharged from the coke chamber at a normal load on the coke pusher bar.
The result is coke with mechanical strength in terms of M40 - 74% and Ml0 - 7.2% with the yield of metallurgical coke 95.6%, there is no spongy coke.
At the same time, the structural strength of coke obtained from the loaded low-caking coal is 90.8%, which is 2% higher than the coke strength from 2CC coal during its thermal treatment in a ring furnace due to pyrolytic carbon deposits on it, which is formed during the pyrolysis of volatile coking products passing through the top loading layer.
The table presents the results of coking in the coke ovens of the usual loading of coal charge and loading

2%„These tables show that the addition of low sintering coal with a layer of 100–200 mm prevents the formation of sponge coke, while the yield of metallurgical coke increases by 2%.
Использование предлагаемого получени способа кокса в камерных печах по сравнению с известными способами обеспечивает уменьшение расхода дорогих и дефицитных коксующихс углей при производстве металлургического кокса вследствие устранени их рас- The use of the proposed production of the coke method in chamber furnaces, as compared with the known methods, ensures a reduction in the consumption of expensive and scarce coking coal in the production of metallurgical coke due to the elimination of their
