Причем уплотнение выделенных и измельченных крупных классов шихты дает наибольший эффект.four:; 111 The invention relates to the production of coke, in particular to the preparation of a coal charge for coking. The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of coke. As a research object, coal concentrate with a class content of the largest less than 310 m - 52% was used. The proposed method provides for a weakly creeping part, which is represented by grains of 10-12 mm size, screening large classes, regardless of the initial form of the mixture, either in a mixture, or by individual components. The preparation of the charge for coking was carried out in four ways. First option. The specified charge is dissipated for two hours. And for a particle size of more than 10 mm and less than 10 mm. The first part of the mixture (more than 10 mm) is crushed to a particle size of less than 3 mm, mixed with 5% high-temperature hard coal Hbw with pitch and briquetted. The second part of the mixture (less than 10 mm) is also crushed to a particle size less than 3 mm, and then mixed with briquettes. The amount by the weight of briquettes is 25% and is determined by the content of large classes in the initial charge. If you need to increase the number of briquettes in the charge, you need to change the scale of classification by size downwards, for example, 6-8 mm. However, it must be borne in mind that the content of briquettes in the charge of more than 30 can lead to undesirable effects caused by the pressure of the bullet. The second option is a similar charge with a particle size of less than 3. mm, but only without briquettes and a binder. The mixture of the third variant is prepared as follows. And Concentrate coal is crushed to grain size of less than 3 mm. The fourth part of it, i.e. 25%, mixed with binder and preformed. The mixture of the fourth variant is a mixture of briquettes prepared exclusively from small classes of the initial mixture (less than 0.5 mm). Since the content of small classes was 30%, the number of briquettes would be the same, i.e. all small classes are briquetted. A. Each of the variants of the experimental charge, excluding the binder, is 1.6 kg. Parallel samples of 0.8 kg each are placed in a container, which is a metal box lined with asbestos from the inside. The container is placed in the coke oven chamber, from the coke side to a height of 0.25 m from the floor of the furnace and approximately 2 meters from the door. The container is positioned so that one side of the coal bed is located near the pier, and the other is close to the axis of the coke cake. Thus, the coking of the experimental charge is carried out in identical conditions and as close as possible to industrial treatment. The coking period is 14 hours and 10 minutes. The hot coke container goes through a wet quenching stage and is removed from the ramp. Kings of coke were tested in a four-piece drum. The table shows the average values of coke strength. A rational amount of a binder (5%) in the charge is due to the strength of the coke, as well as its output. From the table below, the compaction of a portion of the charge makes it possible to produce coke with increased strength. Moreover, the compaction of the isolated and crushed large classes of the charge gives the greatest effect.
