Abstract
Изобретение предназначено дл использовани в лесопильной промышленности, а именно в конструкции лесопильных рам. Цель изобретени - повышение производительности и надежности лесопильных рам. При работе лесопильной рамы во врем подхода пильной рамки к нижней мертвой точке пильна рамка 2 замедл ет движение, а дополнительно уравновешивающие 9, двига сь под действием сил инерции вверх по направл ющим 6, расположенным параллельно шатуну 5 и пильной рамке 2, сжимают пружины 11. Усили сжатых пружин 1 1 передаютс через упоры 10 на пильную рамку 2 и шатун 5, снижа динамические нагрузки механизма. При приближении пильной рамки 2 к верхней мертвой точке направление движени грузов 9 и действующих сил мен ютс на противоположное, снижа динамические нагрузки, возникающие в механизме . Подбором жесткости пружин 11 достигаетс движение уравновешивающих грузов 9 в противофазе с движением пильной рамки. Перемещением упоров 10 производитс настройка частоты собственных колебаний грузов 9 в случае различи характеристик пружин 11 и их возможных изменении 1 з.п.ф-лы, 4 ил.
