Description
The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular, to the manufacture of smolodolitic, pecodolomite, converter, periclase-lime calcined on a resin bond, refractory materials, for example, for lining oxygen converters.
The aim of the invention is to improve the durability and slag resistance of the lining.
Ввод порошка металлургического алюмини в готовых издели х в сочетании с углеродистыми составл ющими значительно увеличивает содержание остаточного углерода в готовых издели х, а это позвол ет повысить шлакоустойчивость ог-,The metallurgical aluminum powder allows for a more even distribution of the dolomite grains and powders that make up the charge. This leads to an increase in the proportion of finished products, an increase in density. The input of metallurgical aluminum powder in the finished products in combination with carbonaceous components significantly increases the content of residual carbon in the finished products, and this makes it possible to increase the slag resistance of
неупоров вследствие образовани неактивных шлаков в процессе продувки металла, ч/о ведет к повышению стойкости футеровки кислородных конвертеров.non-shells due to the formation of inactive slags in the process of metal blowing, h / o leads to increased durability of the lining of oxygen converters.
The production of the charge is carried out under the conditions of the smoltolithic separation of the oxygen converter shop. The mass is mixed by conventional and well-known technology. The total mixing cycle is 25-30 minutes. The pressing is carried out with a force of at least 1300-1350 kg / cm depending on the brand (size) of the refractory.
OsEntering the powder of metallurgical aluminum together with the carbon-containing component (Table 1) in an amount of 1 wt.% Slightly increases the content of residual carbon in the finished products, and introducing 7 wt.% Increases the percentage of binder introduced and the mass becomes O

с рыхлой, а это ведет к разрушению огнеупоров .with loose, and this leads to the destruction of refractories.
25%.The test results show an increase in slag resistance against molten metal and an increase in the durability of the lining of oxygen converters by more than 25%.
In tab. 2 shows the physico-chemical properties of the finished products and their subsequent use in the lining of the existing oxygen converter.
д.Testing and petrographic studies of finished pressed refractories show that the additional input of metallurgical aluminum powder into the mixture improves the physicochemical characteristics of the finished products. When heating the lining and further exploitation of the refractories of the proposed composition of the mixture, the powder of metallurgical aluminum included in the mass makes it possible to strengthen and create a more dense skeleton of a homogeneous monolithic mixture. In addition, the elimination of dolomite grains by a slag emulsion melt during the converter purging process is excluded. The proposed composition of refractories is well resistant to alkalis, sulfur, phosphorus, etc.

Check on valid oxygen converters. The lining of the lining is carried out according to the technological instructions and the schedule of the accepted ones at the metallurgical plant.
Operation shows that, due to the higher content of residual carbon in finished products and the formation of inactive slags, the slag resistance of the lining against the molten metal significantly increases, and consequently, the resistance of the oxygen converter lining increases, which means an increase in the output of finished steel is observed.
