Abstract
The invention relates to hydrometallurgy and analysis of materials containing platinum metals, and can be used in ferrous and nonferrous metallurgy, geology. The goal is to increase the degree of concentration of platinum metals from chromites and chromite ores. Chromite is fused with sodium peroxide at a mass ratio of 1: 2 at 575 ± 25 ° C for 30 minutes. The alloy is treated with water, neutralized and acidified with acid. The solution is heated, 0.1 g of foil is added, tin is changed to green when the solution turns orange, then platinum metals are sorbed by adding 0.3 g of anion exchanger AH - 2 ps, the mixture is heated for 1.5 h, diluted twice with water, sorbent are separated from the solution and washed. 0.1 g of carbon powder with a dispersion of 0.05 + 0.2 mm is introduced into the wet filter cake. The filter is ash, calcined at 525 ± 25 ° C. The precipitate is ground and analyzed for the content of platinum metals emission spectral method. Due to the reduction of losses of platinum metals with volatile chromium compounds, the degree of concentration increases by a factor of 10, the accuracy of determining the content of metals in ores is increased. 4 tab.

The alloy is treated with water, the solution is neutralized with 1: 1 diluted IC1 on the indicator — lac.mus, and ZM HC1 is injected to a volume of 100 mm. After removal of the peroxide residue by injection, 0.1 g of tin is added to the heated solution in the form of a foil until the solution changes its color to green, and then it is sorbed. New metals 0.3 g of ground AN anion exchanger - 2 psi, containing the contents with mixing and weak reheating for 1.5 h.

(It is further diluted 2 times with water, the sorbent saturated with platinum №1 metals is separated from the solution by filtration through a paper filter, washing the sorbent with a hot solution of 1 M HCl and injected into the final sediment on the filter O, 1 g of carbon powder with sizes j4acTHij; .0.05 + 0.2 mm. The filter with the precipitate is ash, calcined at 525 + 25 ° C, the product is cooled, triturated and analyzed by the emission spectral method of blowing - wiring in an alternating current arc. Due to the decrease in the loss of platinum metals with volatile chromium compounds the degree of their concentration in It is magnified 10 times.
1. The test results are given in Table 1.
Example 2. A weighed portion of 10 g of chromite ore is fused with 30 g of sodium peroxide at 575 ± 25 ° C for 40 minutes. Before fusing, the ore is further treated with hydrofluoric acid when heated to remove silicon. Next, the process will be carried out as in Example 1, increasing the volume of the solution during precipitation, according to the weight of the sample. Anion exchange resin ANKB-15 is used as a sorbent. The degree of concentration of metals in iridium is 0.9 compared to 0.2-0.3 by a known method.
The content of platinum metals in chromite ores, established by the proposed method, is given in table. 2, the effect of the regimes on the concentration and the degree of concentration
4.di - in the table. 3, the iridium content in chromite samples is given in tab. four.
Thus, the method makes it possible to quantitatively select platinum metals in a concentrate against the background of a 500,000-fold excess of chromium and to improve the accuracy of their determination in chromites and chromite ores.
