Изобретение относитс к области машиностроени . Цель изобретени - расширение функциональных возможностей за счет создани условий нарезани резьбы на кулачках сверлильных патронов. Кулачки сверлильных патронов располагают на оправке 2 радиуса R, которой сообщают вращение вокруг своей оси. Фрезерование резьбы осуществл ют инструментом 3 типа гребенчатой фрезы, которому сообщают осевое дискретное перемещение по стрелке Б. Радиальное перемещение производ т изменением межосевого рассто ни оправки и инструмента. Позици соответствует положению оси вращени инструмента при врезании. Далее инструменту сообщают радиальное перемещение в сторону увеличени межосевого рассто ни (позици II) до положени (позици III), которое соответствует получению высшей точки заданного радиуса R резьбы на кулачке. Затем фрезу перемещают в сторону уменьшени межосевого рассто ни (позици IY) до выхода кулачка из зоны резани (позици Y). 4 ил.The invention relates to the field of engineering.
