Abstract
Пневматический двигатель, содержащий распределитель подвода и отвода приводной среды, выходной вал с кривошипно-шатунным механизмом и привод, включающий корпус с внутренними выступами и размещенный в нем с образованием рабочих камер ротор, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения надежности и увеличения крутящего момента, двигатель снабжен дополнительным приводом и двумя кривошипно-шатунными механизмами, цилиндром с размещенным в нем поршнем двойного действия, траверсой с ползунами, установленной с возможностью возвратно-поступательного перемещения вдоль оси цилиндра, и зубчатым маховиком, расположенным на выходном валу в кожухе с зазором относительно последнего, причем траверса шарнирно связана с коленчатым валом и поршнем посредством соответственно кривошипно-шатунного механизма и штока, роторы приводов установлены с возможностью качания в противоположном направлении и соединены каждый с одним из ползунов при помощи дополнительных кривошипно-шатунных механизмов, зазор сообщен с распределителем, а последний выполнен золотникового типа.A pneumatic engine containing a distributor for supplying and discharging the drive medium, an output shaft with a crank mechanism, and an actuator comprising a housing with internal protrusions and a rotor placed therein to form working chambers, characterized in that, in order to increase reliability and increase torque, the engine is equipped with an additional drive and two crank mechanisms, a cylinder with a double-acting piston placed in it, a crosshead with sliders, installed with the possibility of reciprocating moving along the axis of the cylinder, and a toothed flywheel located on the output shaft in the housing with a clearance relative to the latter, the traverse being pivotally connected to the crankshaft and piston by means of a crank mechanism and a shaft, respectively, each with one of the sliders with the help of additional crank mechanisms, the gap is communicated with the distributor, and the latter is of the spool type.
