Abstract
Изобретение относитс к электрофизическим и электрохимическим методам обработки, в частности к устройствам дл электроэрозионного регулировани . Целью изобретени вл етс повышение производительности и качества обработки за счет воздействи магнитного пол на распределение расплава по упрочн емой поверхности. Электромагнитный вибратор 2 сообщает вибрацию электроду 6, закрепленному в шарнире 5. Оправка 9 с закрепленными на ней оппозитно посто нными магнитами 7 и 8 вращаетс электродвигателем 13 с помощью шкива 12 и передаточного элемента 11. При этом магнитное поле смезает свободный конец электрода 6 на величину, не превышающую диаметр электрода, что обеспечиваетс конструкцией шарнира. В момент разр да магнитное поле посто нных магнитов вытесн ет расплав из точки касани электрода и распредел ет его по обрабатываемой поверхности. 2 ил.The invention relates to electrophysical and electrochemical processing methods, in particular to devices for electroerosive control.
