Abstract
Изобретение относитс к литейному производству, в частности к составам смесей дл изготовлени литейных форм и стержней, отверждаемых в холодной оснастке продувкой сернистым ангидридом. Цель изобретени - повышение начальной и конечной прочности стержней. Состав смеси, мас.%: фенолофуранова смола 0,8-1,6, циклогексилфенилизопропилгидропероксид 0,15-0,40, пероксид метилэтилкетона 0,15-0,40, кварцевый песок остальное. Реализаци изобретени позвол ет повысить прочность стержней сразу после продувки сернистым ангидридом на 30-60% и конечную прочность на 6-14%, что способствует улучшению качества стержней. 2 табл.The invention relates to foundry, in particular, to mixtures for the manufacture of foundry molds and cores, which are cured in a cold snap by blowing with sulfuric anhydride.
