Abstract

Изобретение относитс к промышленности сборного железобетона и может быть использовано в установках дл изготовлени блоков, перемычек и т.п. изделий из строительной смеси. Цель - повышение производительности и качества. Установка содержит платформу 1, установленную на основании 21, имеющем полости 12 дл подачи сжатого воздуха. Над платформой 1 на направл ющих 7 смонтирована плита 2 с пустотообразовател ми 3 и подвижными бортами 4, которые смонтированы на плите 2 с помощью шарниров 10 и имеют копиры 11 с кулачками 24 на концах, которые перемещаютс в пазах 25 направл ющих 7. Установка содержит также поддон 5, установленный на колесах 14, перемещающихс по рельсам 15. Платформа 1 снабжена шарнирно-рычажным механизмом дл подъема плиты по направл ющим. Поддон 5 устанавливают над платформой 1, поднимают плиту 2, борта 4 закрываютс и вместе с неподвижными бортами 6 образуют формующую полость, куда подаетс бетонна смесь. Включают вибраторы, установленные на плите, в полости 12 подают сжатый воздух, при этом вс установка "всплывает" и в этом положении осуществл етс виброуплотнение смеси.
