Abstract
The invention relates to methods for producing fluorocomplexes of rare earth elements with alkali metals, which can be used in the manufacture of optical materials and ceramic composites. The purpose of the invention is to increase the yield of the product and reduce its oxygen content. A stoichiometric mixture of rare earth oxide, zirconium, hafnium, yttrium and alkali metal tetrafluorochlorate is heated in a nickel reactor to a temperature of 60-170 ° C at a rate of 5-10 degrees / min. The product yield is 100%, the oxygen content in it does not exceed 10 -4 wt.%. 1 tab.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the yield of the fluorocomplex and decrease in the non-oxygen content.
Example 1. South of the stoichiometric mixture of scandium oxide and cbz tetrafluorochlorate is labeled in a labyrinth nickel reactor and heated to 100 ° C at a rate of 8 deg / min. The reactor is then cooled to room temperature.
100%.temperature and remove the product. The composition of the fluorocomplex is controlled by chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction and vibrational spectroscopy. The oxygen content is wt.%. The yield is 100%.
Examples 2-7. Synthesis of fluorocomplex scandium and cesium are carried out according to the method of Example 1. The synthesis conditions, as well as data on the yield and purity of the product are given in the table.
01 00As can be seen from the above data, carrying out the synthesis when heated to a temperature above 170 C leads to contamination of the fluorocomplex product01 00

The same happens when heated at a rate of less than 5 deg / min. Heating to a temperature below 60 ° C does not lead to the formation of the target compound. When heated at a rate higher than 10 degrees / minute, the reaction proceeds with an explosion, which leads to a violation of the stoichiometry of the target product.
Использование в синтезе в качестве исходных соединений оксиды других редкоземельных элементов, циркони , г4фни , тори , а также течфафторхлора- тов других щелочных металлов позвол ет получить соответствующие фторкомп- .The use of oxides of other rare-earth elements, zirconium, g4fni, thorium, and also tetrafluorochloroates of other alkali metals in the synthesis as starting compounds allows obtaining the corresponding fluorocomp-.
