Abstract
Изобретение относитс к металлургии, а конкретно к оборудованию дл удалени шлака с поверхности расплава. Цель изобретени - расширение функциональных возможностей и уменьшение габаритов. В кольцевой камере 3 установлена вставка 6, в которой выполнены сквозные отверсти , а смеситель 5 выполнен в виде улитки с плоской крышкой, расположенной от выходной части шлакопровода 1 на рассто нии 0,3-1,1 наружного диаметра кольцевого сопла. Сжатый газ, проход через отверсти , закручиваетс и увлекает за собой шлак, который дробитс на капли, охлаждаетс и гранулируетс . Удаление шлака одновременно с его гранул цией позвол ет расширить функциональные возможности и уменьшить габариты. 1 з.п.ф-лы, 8 ил.The invention relates to metallurgy, and more particularly to equipment for removing slag from the surface of a melt.
