Abstract
FIELD: chemistry and technology of polymers. SUBSTANCE: monomer-oligomer composition for production of cross-linked thermostable copolymer contains 1-16 mass of monomer having formula n-(CH=CH-CH)O, 2.27 mass % of monomer having formula, 5-27 mass % of monomer having formulaand 40-88 mass % of oligomers having common formulawhereX - CH= CH - or HC=C(CH)-COO-CH(CH)- and n= 0-3. Mentioned above composition (its quantity being 90.0-99.7 mass %) is treated by 0.3-10.0 mass % of catalytic system, the process is carried out at 20-100 C within 10-210 min. Said system contains 1.0-90.0 mass % of p-toluene sulfoacid or complex compound of boron trifluoride and 10.0-99.0 mass % of compound which is chosen of group containing anhydrides of unsaturated acids, polyphenyl ether and methanol. Hardening of proposed composition is carried out by mixing monomer-oligomer composition (its quantity being 90.0-99.7 mass %) with catalytic system (its quantity being 0.3-10.0 mass %) followed by heating thus obtained mixture within 10-19 h to 120-160 C. Said catalytic system contains 1.0-50.0 mass % of p-toluene sulfoacid or complex compound of boron trifluoride and 50.0-99.0 mass % of compound which is chosen of group containing anhydrides of unsaturated acids, polyphenyl ether and methanol. EFFECT: increases strength of desired cross-linked copolymer, decreases its friability. 4 cl, 2 tbl
