Abstract

Изобретение относится к металлургии, конкретнее к способам продувки металла в конвертере. Цель изобретения - повышение стойкости футеровки конвертера. При продувке металла в конвертере, включающей подачу газообразного окислителя, например кислорода, сверху через форму, прекращение подачи окислителя, вдувание инертного газа в течение 15 - 30 с, перед выводом фурмы из конвертера после вдувания инертного газа производят подачу природного газа с интенсивностью расхода 2,0 - 3,5 м/мин·т в течение 0,2 - 1,0 мин, причем подачу инертного и природного газа производят последовательно через кислородную фурму. 1 табл.
