Изобретение относитс  к машиностроению, в частности к производству долбежных головок к зубообрабатывающим станкам. Цель изобретени  - упрощение конструкции за счет использовани  стандартных долб ков. В корпусе 1 головки размещены стандартные хвостовые зуборезные долб ки 11 с неполным числом зубьев, которые расположены на определенном расчетном диаметре. Привод на хвостовые долб ки осуществл етс  через гитару делени  18, св зывающую кинематику зубодолбежного станка с черв чной передачей головки, и через косозубые шестерни 8 на штосселе хвостовых долб ков. Происходит обкатка заготовки (стол поворачиваетс  вокруг оси) и хвостовых долб ков, образуютс  зубь ми на заготовке с эвольвентным профилем. 2 ил.The invention relates to mechanical engineering, in particular to the production of slotting heads for gear processing machines.
