Abstract

Изобретение относитс к устройствам дл сжигани топлива во вращающихс печах дл получени пористых заполнителей. Целью изобретени вл етс снижение расхода топлива и температуры газовой среды в торцовой ее части. Дл этого устройство содержит размещенную в гор чем конце 2 вращающейс печи 1 с неподвижной торцовой камерой 3 воздуховод 6, выполенный в виде перфорированного цилиндра с отражательной насадкой 8 и перегородками, образующими радиальные отсеки внутри и оребрение на поверхности воздуховода 6 и отвод щие воздухопроводы 12 с регулирующими клапанами 13, при изменении степени открыти которых регулируетс отсос воздуха из торцовой части печи, проход по которой воздух снижает температуру газовой среды, а сам нагреваетс в результате теплообмена с обожженным материалом. 1. A device for burning fuel in a rotary kiln, comprising a burner / torch located at the hot end of the kiln and coaxial duct connected to a fan, the discharge pipe of which is connected to the burner, and control valves, characterized in that, in order to reduce fuel consumption and the temperature of the gaseous medium in the end part of the furnace, the duct is made in the form of a perforated cylinder with a live section 5-357 with a reflective nozzle at the end, longitudinal radial Partitions forming compartments inside it, and finning on its surface, wherein each of the compartments is made with an air duct with a control valve connected to the suction pipe of the fan.
