The invention relates to metal working and, in particular, to cathode devices for the electrochemical machining of tubular blanks. The purpose of the invention is to improve the processing accuracy by improving the hydrodynamic conditions for pumping electrolyte through the interelectrode gap. The electrolyte enters the interelectrode gap from the cavity of the fitting 2 through the side slots 11, oriented tangentially to the internal diameter of the hole in the housing 1, and is removed through the outlet fitting 3. The electrolyte, passing through the slots 11, receives a rotational motion on the concave cylindrical surface of the workpiece 8 separate electrolyte vortices are formed. With the eddy flow of the electrolyte, there is no preferred direction of flow, so that the processing accuracy is improved. 3 il.

The invention relates to electrophysical and electrochemical processing methods, and in particular, to cathode devices for electrochemical machining of tubular blanks.
Цель изобретени -повышение точности обработки путем оптимизации гидродинамического режима прокачки электролита через межэлектродный промежуток .The purpose of the invention is to increase the processing accuracy by optimizing the hydrodynamic mode of pumping electrolyte through the interelectrode gap.
FIG. 1 shows the device a general view; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. one; cha figs. 3 - the direction of the electrolyte vortex in the working area.
7.The device comprises a cylindrical body 1 of a dielectric material, the input 2 and output 3 fittings respectively supply and discharge of electrolyte. In this case, the inlet nozzle 2 encloses the case 1. The case 1 on the side of the inlet nozzle 2 has a protrusion 4, so that the tip of the case 1 is assembled in the cavity of the nozzle 2 with a gap. The end of the 5 case 1 is made deaf. Inside the housing 1 is placed the core cathode 6 with the shank 7.
Токоподвод 10 подключен к положительному полюсу источника питани (не показан).The workpiece 8 with a stencil 9 is fixed in the inner cavity of the housing 1 closer to the outlet nipple 3. The current supply 10 is connected to the positive pole of the power source (not shown).
В корпусе 1 в цилиндрических стенках выступа 4 выполнены продольные щели 11, ориентированные по касательной к внутренней поверхности отверсти (количество щелей 11 не менее двух).In the housing 1 in the cylindrical walls of the protrusion 4 is made of longitudinal slits 11, oriented tangentially to the inner surface of the hole (the number of slots 11 is at least two).
Суммарна площадь сечени щелей 1 соответствует следуюш м величинам;The total cross-sectional area of the slots 1 corresponds to the following values;
Fg (1,4-3)3,Fg (1.4-3) 3,
1 .where S is the cross-sectional area of the bore in housing 1.
The device works in a special way.
3.The electrolyte from the inlet nozzle 2 gets into the housing 1 through the slots 1 1 (Made tangentially to the inner surface of the housing 1 and, after acquiring a rotational-translational motion, enters the interelectrode gap between the cathode 6 and the workpiece 8. and billet B in areas of the surface to be treated that are not protected by the stencil 9, continuous electrochemical dissolution occurs. The electrolyte with the dissolution products is removed through the outlet fitting 3.
The electrolyte, the passage through the slots, receives a rotational motion and when the ratio

на вогнутой цилиндрической поверхности заготовки 8 возникает режим чеистой структуры течени электролита,on the concave cylindrical surface of the workpiece 8, a mode of the cellular structure of the electrolyte flow arises,
5 при котором вс жидкость равномерно распредел етс по периметру канала с образованием сплошной кольцевой пленки с регул рно расположенными вихр ми на ее поверхности (фиг, 3).5 in which all the liquid is evenly distributed around the perimeter of the channel to form a continuous annular film with regularly arranged vortices on its surface (Fig. 3).
Q With such a flow structure, the velocity vector of electrolyte particles has no preferential direction, therefore, electrochemical treatment proceeds uniformly in all directions, consequently, one-sided etching, which is observed during axial flow of electrolyte, is eliminated. As a result, processing accuracy is increased.
Q Due to the cellular structure of the electrolyte, the leaching of the spam also occurs, so the process of electrochemical treatment will be more intensive.
