Abstract

Изобретение относитс к бытовой технике, а именно к устройствам дл переработки продуктов при изготовлении соков из фруктов и овощей, и направлено на упрощение конструкции и повышение качества сока. Соковыжималка состоит из корпуса 1, загрузочной воронки 3 конической формы, установленной широким основанием над терочным диском 6 и расположенной соосно с ним, и перфорированного ротора 7. К внешней поверхности загрузочной воронки 3 прикреплено устройство дл выгрузки жома, которое состоит из лопаток 8, расположенных по винтовой линии к набегающему жому. Попада на вращающийс терочный диск 6, фрукты обкатываютс , равномерно уменьша сь в размерах, и при подбрасывании вверх наталкиваютс на стенки с усеченным конусом и возвращаютс на терочный диск 6, причем сердцевина фруктов при обкатывании рассыпаетс , поэтому семечки не перетираютс , а попадают в жом. 1 з.п.ф-лы, 1 ил.The invention relates to household appliances, namely, devices for processing products in the manufacture of fruit and vegetable juices, and is aimed at simplifying the design and improving the quality of the juice.
