Известны способы очистки масл ных мисцелл с применением пропуска отстоенной мисцеллы через слой водного раствора электролита.Methods are known for purifying oil miscella with the use of the passage of settled miscella through a layer of an aqueous electrolyte solution.

Предлагаемый способ очистки растительных масл ных мисцелл по сравнению с известными дает возможность достичь более полного отделени суспендированных белковых частиц и гидрофильных веществ.The proposed method of purifying vegetable oil miscella as compared with the known ones makes it possible to achieve a more complete separation of the suspended protein particles and hydrophilic substances.
