Description
Изобретение относитс к целлюлозно-бумажной промьпиленности, в частности к изготовлению э/Л;ктроизол - ционных материалов дл изол ции электротехнического оборудовани .The invention relates to the pulp and paper industry, in particular to the manufacture of e / L, thermal insulation materials for the insulation of electrical equipment.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the electrical strength of the paper.
I Дл получени неорганичехгкое св - зующего, содержащего водонабухающие фторсиликаты, вар т стекло следующего состава, мас,%: SiOi 58-66; MgO 7-13; MgF, 10-20; 3-9; 0,5-10,An electrically insulating paper containing asbestos fiber and a polymeric binder further comprises an inorganic binder based on water swollen fluorosilicates. I To obtain an inorganic binder containing water-swelling fluorosilicates, heat the glass of the following composition, wt.%: SiOi 58-66; MgO 7-13; MgF, 10-20; 3-9; 0.5-10,
An isoprenitrile latex (SKN-40) or divinylmethyl methacrylate is used as a polymeric binder.
4,76%.Example 1, Glass composition, wt.%: SiO 58,0; MgO 13.0; , 0; LijO 8.5; 0.5, cooked at 1450 ° C for 3 hours. The melt is cast onto a metal plate. The resulting glass was crystallized at 700 s and held for 4 hours. A crystallized glass of 50 g was placed in 1 liter of distilled water for 24 hours until completely dispersed, until gelled. The gel thus prepared has a concentration of 4.76%.
Samples of paper receive a wet method on a sheet binder. For this, pulp is prepared, containing, in wt.%: Asbestos fiber 9; inorganic binder 90; latex SKN-40 1 (in terms of dry substance). After drying at 70–90 ° C, paper samples are 70–130 μm thick.

Dielectric strength (E.) is measured under alternating voltage in room conditions. The tensile strength (brr) is determined on specimens of size 10x200 mm.
2-8 и качественные показатели полученных бумаг приведены в таблице, причем примеры 5-7 - контрольные . 2-8 and the quality indicators of the received papers are given in the table, and examples 5-7 are the controls.
Механическа прочность предлагаемой бумаги ниже, чем известной, но достаточна дл бумаги, используемой в качестве межслоевой изол ции в электрических машинах .As can be seen from the table, the proposed electrical insulation paper (examples 1-4) has an increased dielectric strength. The mechanical strength of the proposed paper is lower than the known, but sufficient for paper used as an interlayer insulation in electric machines.
With the introduction of asbestos fiber more than 95% by weight, and an inorganic binder less than 4%, the effect of the inorganic binder is practically not exhibited and the paper has characteristics close to 100% asbestos paper. If the amount of asbestos is less than 3 wt.%, And the amount of inorganic binder is more than 90%, then the paper has low mechanical characteristics.
