Abstract
This invention relates to the pulp and paper industry and allows for an increase in yield while improving the quality of pulp. The chips are impregnated with a mixture of white and black liquors. During the impregnation, hot black liquor with a temperature of 140–160 ° C and 10–50% of white liquor heated to 140–150 ° of its total amount is fed to the boiler. The temperature is raised within 15-30 minutes to 130-140 ° C, after which the excess liquor is removed, and the rest of the heated white liquor is fed to the boiler and cooked. The white liquor is heated with black liquor in two stages, with black liquor from the impregnation of chips being used for heating in the first stage and displaced after boiling in the second stage. 1 hp f-ly, 1 ill., 1 tab.
Description
Изобретение относитс к способам варки целлюлозы и может быть использовано в целлюлозно-бумажной промьшшенности в процессе щелочной варки целлюлозы в котлах периодического действи .This invention relates to pulping processes and can be used in pulp and paper industry during the alkaline pulping process in batch boilers.
The circuit of the invention is to increase the yield while improving the quality of the pulp.
The drawing shows an alkaline pulping process.
The method is carried out as follows.
At the end of cooking, hot liquor. at a temperature of 150-170 ° C, they are forced out of the digester 1 by cold, weak lye (temperature 70-80 ° С), and
В результате в котле устанавливаетс температура 110-130 с.after washing the pulp, it is sent to storage tank 2. From tank 2, hot liquor with a temperature of НО-ТбО С is fed to the impregnation stage to the digester loaded with chips 3, into which also 10-50% of white heated to 140-150 ° C is sent. liquor of the total amount specified for cooking. As a result, the temperature in the boiler is set at 110-130 s.
At the impregnation stage, chemicals are transferred to chips and delignification of wood. During the impregnation process, the liquor is circulated and the digester is heated to 130-140 ° C. The impregnation step is carried out for

At the end of cooking, hot black liquor is squeezed out of the digester, and pulping is carried out at 85-95 ° C with compressed air or steam. Warm liquor (110-130 C) and part of the hot (140-) black liquor, not consumed in the impregnation stage, are used to heat the white liquor, which successively passes through the heat exchanger. Black liquor, with a temperature exiting the heat exchanger, is sent for regen- eration, and the hot liquor with a temperature lO-nO C is transferred to the heat jioro liquor accumulator. Warm up the liquor. They are sent to the accumulator 5, from where 41 are periodically fed for cooking.
