Abstract
40 - 45The invention relates to a foundry, namely, to heat-insulating coating compositions used in the dyeing of metal molds for the production of rolls. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of the coating by increasing the strength of its adhesion to the surface of metal forms at a temperature of painting forms from 85 to 350 ° C and their heating temperature at 1000 ° C, increasing gas permeability, reducing gas creativeness, as well as increasing the durability of metal forms. The composition of the coating, wt.%: Asbosurite 40 - 45
2,5 - 3,5technical lignosulfonates 2.5 - 3.5
1,5 - 2,5boric acid 1.5 - 2.5
2 табл.water - the rest. The invention makes it possible to increase the gas permeability of a coating by an average of 1.4 times, to reduce its gas content by an average of 1.9 times, to increase its adhesion strength to the metal form at heating temperatures of the last 85–150 ° C, 250–350 ° C and 1000 ° C, respectively, 2.5, 4 and 5 times, increase the resistance of the chill molds by 40% and eliminate the marriage of the rolls to the gas sinks. 2 tab.

Борна кислота (,) по ГОСТ 18704-73 введена как активизирующа добавка, улучшающа сцепление покрыти с материалом кокил .Boric acid (,) according to GOST 18704-73 is introduced as an activating additive that improves the adhesion of the coating to the material of the mold.
5-7.Technical lignosulfonates - a thick liquid with a density of at least 1.275 g / cm, contains at least 50% solids, not more than 1.1% water-insoluble substances, pH 5-7.
Before use, asbosurite is not dried, and 24 hours before use, it is placed in a container and filled with water for closure (deacidification). Then the shuttered asbosurite zagrzu.ut. In mixing runners and mix together with boric acid for 0.5 h. The prepared paste is loaded into the mixer, add the required amount of technical lignosulfonates and water and stirred for 40 45 min.
Coating density should be 1.24-1.29 g / cm.
Coloring of chill molds was carried out with a spray gun with a layer of 0.6-0.8 mm thick in 2-3 consecutive receptions. With the coatings of each composition, 50 pieces of rolls of various sizes weighing 5–15 tons were cast. The coloring of the chill molds was carried out at a heating temperature of 85–350 C.
