The invention relates to the manufacture of coating compositions and can be used in construction for finishing work. A composition for coating containing liquid potassium glass, metal, zinc oxide 1 is known. However, coatings based on this composition have a low water resistance and a long formation time. In addition, the composition has insufficient hiding. The closest to the invention in technical essence and the achieved result is a coating composition comprising liquid potassium, ground mica, kaolin and a material containing dicalcium silicate. However, this composition has a high rate of thickening, poor decorative properties, and concludes with the formation of coatings and spots that are uneven in tone. Its use is associated with high paint consumption (700–900 g / m). In addition, the composition contains up to 6% of aerosil - deficient and expensive material. The aim of the invention is to increase the viability and reduce the rotation of the composition. The goal is achieved by the fact that the coating composition, including HY liquid potassium glass, fine mica, kaolin and material containing dicalcium silicate, additionally contains talc and zinc oxide in the following ratio of components,% by mass: Liquid potassium glass (considered on dry substance; CTBOJ16, 8-25.9 Hammer of mica. 15-20 Kaolin 4-6. Talc 4-7 Material containing two- calcium silicate 2-4 Zinc oxide 1-3 Water The rest as liquid potassium steels use glass with density of 1.18-1.25 g / cm. As a material containing two Alcium silicate, use cement, Portland cement, ferrochromic slag (Y 2CaO Si 05. - 64-66% j 2CaO-Si02; - 4-6%; spinel-29-31 nepheline sludge (p 2CaO-SiO -84-86 32CaO- S-iOa-4-6%, other compounds 9-11%. The composition is prepared as follows: hinged mica, kaolin and talc are loaded into the container, the calculated amount of liquid potassium glass is poured in there, all mixed by hand or using a stirrer until formation of a homogeneous mass. The mixture is then loaded into a ball mill or paint mill and ground for 20-25 minutes, cya oxide is added and the material containing two-sheeted silicate, which is closed with water and mixed, is then poured into the basic composition and additional grinding is performed. 5-10 min. In order to prevent insufficiently ground lumps of solid fillers from penetrating into the paint, they are filtered through a No. 025 or No. 030 sieve. To obtain a white paint. The ground mica muscovite of the brand SMM-160 is introduced into the composition. When using artificially colored mica, different colors can be obtained. The paint is applied by traditional methods. In this case, the paint according to option 1, with increased viscosity (according to viscometer VZ-4, 30 s), is applied with a roller, according to option III, applied with a douche or spray gun (viscosity according to VZ-4, 16-20s). After applying the first layer, the coating is air-dried for 20-40 minutes, then 2 layers are applied which are dried in air. If it is necessary to apply the 3rd layer, the 2nd layer is dried in the same way. The final formation of the coating occurs no less than 12 hours after application. Examples of specific implementation, illustrating the invention, are presented in Table. li The justification for the quantitative content of the components of the composition is presented in Table. 2. Properties poluchayh coatings are presented in Table. 3. Paint consumption and opacity are determined by various methods. Paint consumption is determined on different substrates to obtain coatings with a normal decorative effect. In this case, the weighing of the samples before and after dyeing is carried out without high coatings, i.e. the actual consumption of paint in liquid form is taken into account. Hiding power is determined in relation to GOST 8784-75: by item Pa, b (by contrast ratio and by item IV (by the chessboard method. In both cases, this parameter is determined by weighing the coatings on the glass plates, dried in air or drying oven. Due to the fact that the paint contains up to 48% of water, which evaporates almost completely, numerical
разница между расходом и укрывистостью .the difference between consumption and covering power.
The proposed composition has a higher viability, lower consumption than the known composition, allows to obtain uniform uniform tone coatings on the surfaces of fibreboard, corrugated cardboard, dry gypsum plaster, foam asbestos – vermiculite plates, etc.
