The invention relates to the microbiological industry, in particular to a method for preparing sugar-containing media, such as hydrolysis, for growing fodder yeast by purification from inhibiting impurities such as furfural, oxymethylfurfural, ligno-humic substances that reduce the yield of yeast.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the yield.
The method is carried out as follows.

Полученные эмпирическим путем коэффициенты пропорциональности между количеством озона и концентрацией ингибирующих примесей в формуле (1) вл ютс оптимальными дл расчета количества используемого дл обработ- ки озона.ozone, i.e. the rate constant of their oxidation, the rate constants above) the breakdown of sugars, the second fraction consists of substances having an oxidation rate constant, which is smaller than the rate of decay of the sugars, the ozone-treated medium is used to enhance fodder yeast. On media treated with ozone, the amount of which is determined by formula (1) in the indicated temperature range; maximum yeast yield is observed. When the temperature of the solution is below 30 and 60 ° C, more ozone is required to provide the same degree of purification, which leads to the decomposition of sugars. With more than 10% of the decomposition of sugars, the degree of purification of the medium is reached and the corresponding nature of the amount of yeast cannot be compensated. A decrease in yeast biomass yield due to a decrease in sugar concentration. Empirically derived proportionality ratios between the amount of ozone and the concentration of inhibitory impurities in formula (1) are optimal for calculating the amount of ozone used for processing.
Example 1. The wood hydrolyzate (50% hardwood and 50% coniferous) is neutralized with lime milk to pH 3.5 at 90 ° C, held at this temperature for 1 hour, the gypsum is separated by filtration, the pH is adjusted to 4.2 25 The% ammonia solution in water. The concentration of furfural and hydroxy- 1-methylfurfural is determined spectrophotometrically. To determine the concentration of the first and second LGV fractions, a 100 ml sample of the medium is treated with activated carbon, stirred and filtered and washed with water. Then the precipitate is washed with 100 ml of ethanol to obtain the first fraction of LGV,
Количества ЛГВ первой и второй фрактдаи получают после испарени спирта и высушивани до посто нной массы.and 40 ml of 5% -Hiro alkaline solution, obtaining a second LGV fraction. The amounts of LGV in the first and second fractdas are obtained after evaporation of the alcohol and drying to constant weight.
1.5 liters of hydrolyzate, adjusted to pH 4.2, are treated with ozone in a column apparatus. The amount of ozone is determined by the formula (1). The treated hydrolyzate was used to digest the Candida scottii KS-2 yeast at 38-39 ° C, pH 4.2. The results are presented in table 1.
П р и м е р 2. 2.PRI mme R 2. The method is carried out according to Example 1, but the distillery bard is subjected to a scrub. The results are presented in table 2.
Thus, the proposed process of cleaning sugar-containing solutions from inhibiting impurities allows increasing the yield of cortical yeast by 15-50% while reducing the amount of ozone used.
