Изобретение относитс к медицине, а именно к ортопедии в лечении ложных суставов шейки бедренной кости. С целью обеспечени роста вновь сформированной шейки бедра внедр ют в проксимальный отдел бедренной кости и головку трансплантат из апофиза крыла подвздошной кости и проксимального отдела бедренной кости с частью большого вертела вместе с прикрепл ющимис к ним мышцами.This invention relates to medicine, in particular to orthopedics in the treatment of false joints of the femoral neck. После вскрыти м гких тканей в области проксимального отдела бедренной кости обнажают передне-внутреннюю часть его и долотом выкраивают костный лоскут шириной 0.5-1,0 см и длиной, равной длине шейки и головки бедренной кости вместе с частью большого вертела и прикрепл юшейс к ней передней порцие: средней годичной мышцы и передне-наружной порцией широкой мышцы бедра, прикрепл юшейс несколько дис- тальнее и ниже основани большого вертела. Затем широким свер. юм по диаметру, равному выкроенному трансплантату, в верхнем отделе проксимального отдела бедренной кости делаетс по направлению к головке бедра туннель, равный длине выкроенного костно-мьппечного лоскута, куда и вводитс последний. Затем после вскрыти м гких тканей в области крыла подвздошной кости обнажаетс апофиз гребн подвздошной кости . Последний отсекают долотом вместе с прикрепл юи1ейс к нему портн жной мышцей . Поступила в клинику с жалобами на боли и хромоту на левую ногу. Укорочение конечности составл ло 2,5 см. На рентгенограмме имеетс дефект шейки бедра, т. е. разобшенность между головкой и проксимальным отделом бедра. Больной была произведена аутопластика дефекта с применением трансплантатов на мышечных ножках из крыла подвздошной части и проксимального отдела бедра по предлагаемой методике . Через 2 года после операции дефект шейки бедра устранен, структура ее восстановлена , шейка растет в д.тину и ширину. Бедро опороспособно, укорочение конечности уменьшилось на 2 см и составл ет 0,5 см по сравнению со здоровой ногой.She was admitted to the hospital with complaints of pain and lameness on her left leg.
