Abstract

Изобретение относитс к области струйной очистки изделий. Цель изобретени - расширение технологических возможностей. Палета 22 с размещенным на ней очищаемым изделием устанавливаетс на каретку, котора в это врем находитс в положении загрузки вне камеры. Электропривод 30 через систему механизмов, включающую водило 31,кулису 32, зубчатую пару, вал 29, зубчатые рейки 26 каретки, перемещает последнюю с палетой в камеру. После этого при перемещении вверх платформы подъемно-опускного механизма происходит выдвижение через отверсти в ней штырей, которые принимают палету, позвол приводу 30 переместить каретку из камеры в исходное положение. Камера герметизуетс приводной шторкой, и начинаетс струйна мойка, а затем обдувка издели сжатым воздухом через коллекторы. При этом платформа вместе с изделием вращаетс вокруг вертикальной оси.
