Abstract

1. Шпиндель отрезного станка, включающий корпус с круговыми направляющими, в которых установлено кольцо с закрепленным на нем алмазным отрезным кругом с внутренней режущей кромкой, отличающийся тем, что, с целью повышения точности обработки, шпиндель дополнительно снабжен стабилизатором положения алмазного отрезного круга в осевом направлении, выполненными в виде кронштейнов, установленных на корпусе, причем два из них выполнены с возможностью фиксированного перемещения по корпусу параллельно плоскости круга, причем каждый кронштейн содержит два подпятника с выходными соплами, между которыми расположен алмазный отрезной круг, а третий кронштейн расположен между первыми двумя кронштейнами на противоположной стороне отрезного круга с возможностью фиксированного радиального перемещения и оснащен одним подпятником с выходным соплом на торец алмазного отрезного круга, при этом подпятники расположены на расстоянии от оси вращения не более(R+r)/2,где R - радиус алмазного круга;r - радиус режущей кромки.2.
