Abstract
This invention relates to a dust collection technique, concerns the construction of filter elements and can be used in bag filters in various industries. The element is made of a corrugated fabric filter material and is provided with a frame of individual rings of the same material as the element itself, which are fixed to it in one place. During regeneration, due to the flexibility of the rings, the element is compressed and deformed, ensuring a sufficient degree of cleaning of the filtering surface from trapped dust and, consequently, an increase in productivity. 4 il.

This invention relates to a dust collection technique, relates to the construction of filter elements and can be used in industries that use gas dedusting in bag filters.
The aim of the invention is to increase productivity by improving the regenerability of the filter element.
FIG. 1 shows a filter element with a developed filtration surface, a general view; in fig. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. 1 (during the filtration period); in fig. 3 and 4 are cross-sectional shapes during the regeneration period.
5.The filtering element has a wavy surface formed by the corrugations 1, along its height through a certain distance the frame strips 2 are sewn at one point. The lower and upper ends of the sleeve are attached to the gas distribution grid 3 and the plug 4 by clamps 5, respectively.
The filter element works as follows.
When filtering the dusty gas through the pipe 3 enters the element, blowing it. The corrugations of the first element are prevented by stretching the frame strips 2. After the deposition of dust on the inner surface of the element, the cleaned gas is removed from the filter. When the filter element is regenerated by longitudinal mechanical shaking and back-blowing, the collected dust is removed from the material and removed through the lower nozzle.
The proposed filter element with a developed filtration surface can be used in widely used filters with regeneration by longitudinal mechanical shaking and back purging without any design changes. In this case, the element can be manufactured from commercially available synthetic filter materials and does not require the development of a new sample of filter material.

The filter material is rolled in a special profile rolls or pressed in appropriate forms, combining these operations with heat treatment. Since at present, mainly synthetic filter materials, mostly consisting of thermoplastic fibers, i.e., such which, depending on the mode of hot pressing, can take any form, are used to remove dust from gases, as a result of these operations, the corrugations are quite stable. The wavy surface can also be obtained by impregnating the material with an adhesive solution while giving it the desired shape. The resulting corrugated web of filter material is then stitched together as a simple web on conventional sewing machines. For this, the web is folded in half and stitched along the edge for this side, after some distance it is superimposed on the web, clasping it at the top and bottom, a strip of non-corrugated filter material so that the ends of the strip and the edge of the web are on one side. In this case, the corrugations should not be stretched, but slightly compressed. Then, continuing the seam, the edges of the web are joined and, at the same time, the ends of the strip are sewn on. As a result, they are securely connected. Frame stripes can be sewn after the item is manufactured.
Increasing the degree of regenerability of the filter element is achieved by using frame bands attached to the element in one place and allowing, due to their flexibility, to carry out the movement of the corrugations relative to each other, preventing only their total simultaneous stretching in the transverse direction. As a result, the efficiency of cleaning the filter elements from trapped dust is significantly increased and their productivity increases.
