Предлагаемый способ отличаетс  тем, что он позвол ет заменить гипсовые формы и дает возможность осуществл ть в этих формах литье шликера, его обезвоживание, сушку и спекаиие. Дл  изготовлени  форм используют порошки электрокорунда зернистостью 100 и 180 в количестве по 45% каждого и 10% синоксалевой стружки. Смесь электрокорундовых порошков после перемешивани  и сушки пластифицируют в гор чем смесителе-конверторе, куда одновременно ввод т синоксалевую стружку. Пластификацию производ т парафином (18-20%) до получени  массы (органического шликера), которую при 70-80° заливают в металлическую или гипсовую форму. Затем эту отливку после охлаждени  и затвердевани  извлекают из формы, обжигают в засыпке из глинозема и .получают одну половину формы.
