Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к оборудованию погрузочно - разгрузочных работ, а именно к средствам механизированного растаривани  сыпучих материалов из мешков, и может найти применение в огнеупорной, строительной, химической, пищевой и горной отрасл х промышленности при растаривании бумажной и полиэтиленовой мешкотары преимущественно с взрывоопасными пылевидными веществами. Целью изобретени   вл етс  повышение надежности растаривани  взрывоопасных материалов. Основание 3 с укрепленной на нем дверкой 4 и мешками перемещают с помощью штоков 11 силового цилиндра 10 в корпус 1. При этом стержни 8 движутс  в трубчатых направл ющих 6, а вертикальные пластины 9 - по прорези в их нижней поверхности. Уплотнение 19 обеспечивает надежную герметизацию. Пневмопривод 14 подает режущий 12 и удерживающий 13 элементы, которые разрезают снизу и прокалывают сверху мешки. Затем включают пневмовибраторы 17, смонтированные на виброплощадке 16, укрепленной посредством пружин на основании 3.
