The invention relates to the production of mineral fertilizers used in agriculture. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the concomitability of the finished product while reducing the amount of conditioning additives. Fertilizer pellets are pelleted for 4-10 minutes at a speed of 0.8-2.0 m / s at a temperature of 50-90 ° C, after which carbamide-formaldehyde compounds are sprayed onto the granules. The application of the invention allows to completely eliminate the caking of complex fertilizers during transportation and storage and to manufacture products of the highest quality. 1 tab.
Description
The invention relates to the production of mineral fertilizers used in agriculture.
Цель изобретени - снижение сле- живаемости готового продукта при одновременном снижении расхода кар- бомидоформальдегидных соединений (КФС).The purpose of the invention is to reduce the traceability of the finished product while reducing the consumption of carbon-formaldehyde compounds (CFS).
The method is carried out as follows.
0.100 g of Nitrophoska brand 11:10:11, heated to 70 ° C, are placed in a rotating drum at a speed of 2.0 m / s, where the surface is rolled over 7 minutes. 0.5 g CFS is sprayed onto the granules, the product is stirred for 10 minutes and its observability is determined. Nitrofoski caking is 0.
The experimental data, which makes it possible to substantiate the expedient parameters of the nitrophosphate conditioning method, are given in the table.
Поэтому слеживаемость удобрени превышает допустимый предел (20 кПа).From the data given in the table, it follows that with J., less than 4 minutes, the time required for solidification of CFS exceeds the residence time of the granules in the conditioning apparatus. Therefore, caking fertilizer exceeds the permissible limit (20 kPa).
В этих услови х кажда гранула удобрени практически полностью заключена в пленку КФС,вследствие чего удобрение не слеживаетс .With a pelleting time of 4 to 10 minutes, 2 is significantly reduced, and the CFS film hardens under the conditions required by the process conditions. Under these conditions, each fertilizer granule is almost completely enclosed in a CFS film, as a result of which the fertilizer does not cake.
Nitrofoski’s caking is significant with increasing C, more than 10 minutes is caused by the disintegration of granules with long-term enveloping and an increase in their total surface, which requires

Следовательно увеличение времени окатывани Свыше 10 мин нецелесообразно.increase in consumption of CFS. Consequently, an increase in the pelleting time over 10 minutes is impractical.
слеживаемость после обработки остаетс высокой, а нагрев удобрений свыше 90°С нецелесообразен вследствие неоправданных энергетических затрат и потерь аммонийного азота при высокой температуре .When the temperature of the fertilizer is below 50 ° C (Example 6, Table), caking after treatment remains high, and heating of fertilizers over 90 ° C is impractical due to unreasonable energy costs and loss of ammonium nitrogen at high temperatures.
Поэтому равномерного обволакивани поверхности гранул пленкой КФС не происходит, и слеживаемость удобрени увеличиваетс .When the speed of movement of the granules is less than 0.8 m / s, their mechanical action against each other is insufficient and the surface smoothing is insignificant. Therefore, the CFS film does not uniformly cover the surface of the granules, and the fertilizer caking increases.
When the speed of movement of the granules above 2 m / s, their structure is destroyed,

Слеживаемость удобрени при этом такте увеличиваетс .which worsens the conditions of polycondensation CFS. The caking capacity of the fertilizer increases during this cycle.
