Изобретение относитс  к литьевым формам дл  изготовлени  полимерных изделий с поднутрени ми. Цель изобретени  - расширение технологических возможностей формы. Дл  этого оформл юш.ие элементы 12 в неподвижной плите подпружинены в направлении разъема формы, а знаки 7 выполнены в виде двутавровых элементов, установленных между боковыми поверхност ми подпружиненных оформл ющих элементов 12 и стенками гнезд дл  них с возможностью поворота относительно обращенных к оформл ющему элементу полок 13 на хвостовой части знаков. На оформл ющих элементах 12 выполнены углублени  дл  полок на хвостовой части знаков 7, а полки 14 передней части знаков 7, обращенные к стенкам гнезд, изготовлены со скосом 15 дл  взаимодействи  с кромкой неподвижной плиты. Поднутрени  в отливке образуютс  знаком, расположенным непосредственно в гнезде.
