В корпусе размещено кольцо с эксцентриковой , внутренней поверхностью, к которой поджат через ролик толкатель 8, воздействующий на перемещение резцедержател через собачку 13, храповое колесо 17 и винт 18. Дл грубой регулировки размера отпускают болт 23 и втулку 22 поворачивают на некоторый угол, что приводит к повороту на тот же угол кулачка Т9. При этом наружна поверхность кулачка отожмет собачку 13, что позволит вращением лимба переместить резцедержатель. Дл тонкой регулировки втулкой 22 возвращают в первоначальное положение кулачок 19, обеспечива тем саьим зацепление собачки с храповым колесом 17.
