Abstract

This invention relates to the field of agriculture. The aim of the invention is to increase the yield by improving the water-air pressure for potato plants and creating suppressive growth conditions for weeds. A method for simultaneous tillage and cutting of ridges for planting potatoes with subsequent inter-row treatment of seedlings is proposed. Deep chisel loosening and milling of the future zone with simultaneous dumping of the crests is carried out. This method allows to increase the germination of potatoes, especially in the long and rainy spring, as well as to create priority conditions for the emergence of potatoes before weeds. The description is illustrated with a drawing reflecting the technology of deep chisel, surface treatment, cutting ridges and the level of the subsoil moisture. The invention relates to agriculture, in particular to methods of tillage for planting potatoes.

The purpose of the invention is to increase the yield by improving the water-air regime for potato plants, 1 and creating oppression, their growth conditions for weeds.

The technological essence of the invention is as follows.

Soil preparation is carried out according to a scheme that includes chiseling of the soil, milling and dumping of the ridges. Since the planting of tubers is carried out in the ridges, cut in the wake of the passage of loosening paws, more favorable conditions are created for the growth of potato tubers as compared to weeds, which can sprout between the rows.

Since weeds grow on untreated strips, the plow sole creates oppressive growth conditions for them and, together with subsequent inter-row treatments, eliminates their harmful effect on potato planting.

Thus, due to the deep loosening of the soil, the milling surface of the treatment and the dumping of the ridges along the bands of future rows, priority conditions are created for the growth of tubers and inhibiting the growth of weeds, which together increase the yield of potatoes.
