Коленчатый вал раскручивают от постороннего источника энергии до пусковой частоты вращени , подают в цилиндр 1 сжатый воздух и сжимают его. Подают в цилиндр топлнво, воспламен ют его и сжигают. Затем происходит расширение продуктов сгорани с последующим их выпуском через выпускной клапан 5. В момент перекрыти клапанов 1, 5 осуществл ют продувку камеры 2 сгорани . В этот момент через воздушный клапан 7 и канал 11 подвода воздуха дополнительный сжатый воздух подвод т к продольным пазам 13 направл ющей втулки 10, по которым он выходит в сторону впускного канала 12. Затем осуществл ют такт всасывани . В начале такта сжати в камеру 2 второй раз подают сжатый воздух, который в цилиндре дополнительно сжимают. Осуществл ют подачу топлива, его воспламенение, рас- щирение продуктов сгорани и их выпуск через клапан 5. Подачу сжатого воздуха в период перекрыти клапанов и в начале такта сжати могут осуществл ть с одинаковой продолжительностью.
