Abstract
Изобретение относитс к станкостроению и может быть использовано при создании высокоточных зажимных приспособлений . Цель изобретени - расширение технологических возможностей за счет плавного регулировани усили зажима. Устройство состоит из неподвижной губки 1, каретки 2, соединенной винтом 3 с приводом 4. На ка- ретке размещены механизм фиксации, выполненный в виде скобы 5, два привода, управл емые электрически и выполненные в виде пакетов 6 и 7 пьезоэлементов. Пакеты 6 и 7 соединены с мультипликаторами 10 и 11, выполненными гидравлическими. На рабочей поверхности губки 12 размещен датчик усили , выполненный в виде пьезопластины 13 с защитной пластиной 14. Зажим деталей происходит за счет пьезоэффекта в пакетах 6 и 7 через мультипликаторы 10 и 11. Устройство может управл тьс дистанционно 2 ил.The invention relates to a machine tool industry and can be used to create high-precision clamping devices. The device consists of a fixed jaw 1, a carriage 2 connected by a screw 3 with a drive 4. On a carriage there is a fixing mechanism made in the form of a bracket 5, two drives controlled electrically and made in the form of packages 6 and 7 of piezoelectric elements. Packages 6 and 7 are connected with multipliers 10 and 11, made hydraulic. On the working surface of the sponge 12, a force sensor is installed, made in the form of a piezoplate 13 with a protective plate 14. The parts are clamped due to the piezoelectric effect in packages 6 and 7 through multipliers 10 and 11. The device can be remotely controlled 2 or less.
