При способе флотации калийсодержа- щих руд, включающем последовательную обработку руды депрессором и эмульсион- ;ной смесью солей высших алифатических аминов с вспенивателем, в качестве вспе- нивател используют кубовый остаток периодической дистилл ции производства капро- лактама состава, мас.%In the method of flotation of potassium-containing ores, including the sequential treatment of ore with a depressor and an emulsion mixture of salts of higher aliphatic amines with a blowing agent, the bottom residue of periodic distillation of the production of caprolactam of composition, wt.%, Is used as a blowing agent

The bottoms residue of the periodic distillation of caprolactam production is a dark brown liquid with a density of 1.05-1.15 g / cm, mechanical impurities are absent.
At different stages of caprolactam production, a significant amount of waste containing organic products is generated. The source of their formation are side reactions, as well as thermal destruction and polymerization of the target substances in the process of separation and purification of intermediates. In particular, as a result of the oxidation of impurities, various carbonyl compounds accumulate in caprolactam, causing the formation of branched and partially cross-linked polycapro-amide.
Example 1. A portion of sylvinite ore is mixed with a saturated salt solution at a solid-to-liquid T: W ratio of 1: 3.5 for 3 minutes, after which the reagent-depressant is introduced in the form of a 1% aqueous solution of Na-CMC, agitate, then the emulsion mixture of the collector with the blowing agent reagent, the bottom residue of the periodic distillation of caprolactam production, is supplied. After that, the ore is conditioned for 1 min and then floated.
The flotation product froth (concentrate) and chamber product (tails) are separated from the saturated brine in the Buchner funnels. The dehydrated flotation products are dried, weighed, abraded to a particle size of 0.1 mm, and the content of KC1 in the tails and concentrate is determined by flame photometry and tetraphenyl borate, respectively.
81,1%.A concentrate is obtained which contains 85.1% of KC1 in the main flotation cycle, removing the latter into a frothy product of 95.5%, whereas in the prototype, with the same expenditure ratios, the recovery of KC1 into the concentrate is 94.5%, the content is 81.1%.

95,5%.Example 2. The process is carried out under the conditions of example 1 except that the blowing agent is introduced in an amount of 20 g / ton of ore. A concentrate is obtained containing 84.8% KC1, when extracting it from ore, 96.2%, whereas in the prototype it is 78.4%, and extraction is 95.5%.
93,5%.5 Example 3. The process is carried out under the conditions of Example 1, but the temperature of the flotation pulp is 30 ° C. A foam product is obtained with a KC1 content of 85.0% when it is extracted from ore 95.6%, whereas in the prototype, a COP recovery is 93.5%.
0 Example 4. The process is carried out analogously to example 1, except that the flotation is carried out at a pulp temperature of 35 ° C. Get a foam product with a content of 86.6% of KC1 at. extracting it from ore
87%.5 93.5%, whereas in the prototype, the recovery of KC1 in the concentrate does not exceed 87%.
Thus, from the obtained data, it follows that the use of the proposed method using the vat residue as a sprayer for periodic distillation of caprolactam production makes it possible to significantly increase the selectivity of the flotation process, to increase the content of potassium chloride in the concentrate by 4–5% compared to at the same time, the extraction of CS in concentrate is not inferior and even exceeds by 0.5-1% the extraction during flotation in the presence of pine oil. In addition, the use of the proposed method of the fleet
This allows to significantly improve the qualitative and quantitative indicators of flotation at higher temperatures of the flotation pulp and thus achieve more stable results of flotation than pine oil in the summer, when the temperature of liquors reaches 25-35 ° C.
