Abstract

Изобретение относитс к медицине, касаетс хирургической стоматологии. С целью сохранени зубов, прилежащих к по лости кисты, выкраивают и отслаивают два слизисто-накостничных лоскута с основанием к верхнему и нижнему полюсам кистозной полости, удал ют оболочку кисты, вворачивают оба лоскута в полость кисты к верхнему и нижнему ее полюсам, после чего фиксируют лоскуты тампоном. Способ используют при лечении больных кистами челюстей, необходимости одномоментного перекрыти слизистой оболочкой верхнего и нижнего сводов костной полости, закрыти культей резецированных корней, вь1сто - щих в полость зубов, и перфоративного отверсти слизистой оболочки носа или сосудисто-нервного пучка нижней челюсти.This invention relates to medicine, including dental surgery.
