Description
The invention relates to foundry, in particular, to separation coating compositions for heated model-rod tooling, used primarily in the manufacture of molds and cores from mixtures based on modified technical lignosulfonates.
The known coating is intended to provide the possibility of multiple-: multiple stripping of rods manufactured on hot equipment from mixtures based on resin binders.
However, the mixtures based on modified technical lignosulfonates do not provide a sufficient amount of coatings. This is reflected in the deterioration of the surface of the rods and the shapes when they are removed from the hot snap.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the number of removals and improve the quality of the surface of the rods and shapes.

The tar from the distillation of fatty acids of salomass for stearin (fatty tar) is a water-insoluble solid mass of dark brown color.
Количество гудрона зависит от содержани этих примесей в исходных жирных кислотах саломассы, а также,от режима дистилл ции в установках циклического или непрерывного действи .The tar consists of neutral fat, part of fatty acids, acid, lactones, unwashed, dyes, polymer products and other non-volatile impurities. The amount of tar depends on the content of these impurities in the initial fatty acids of salomass, as well as on the distillation regime in cyclic or continuous plants.

Fat tar is used to reduce the adhesion of the mixture to the heated equipment.
Marshalite was used as powdered ground quartz. Ground quartz contributes to obtaining a durable coating that is not prone to slipping from the surface of a hot snap. This leads to higher quality cores and shapes.
The invention is illustrated by the following example.
To prepare separation coatings, 5 separation coating compositions were prepared.
In the manufacture of release coating compositions, molten OGSh paste is introduced into the molten fatty tar, melted paste, 2-3 minutes. Allow 10-15 minutes for the foam to form. Then add marshalite and stirring
В виде стержн разделительное покрытие используют дл нанесени его на оснастку с поверхностью несложной конфигурации. at 60-70 ° C until a homogeneous mass is obtained. This mass is poured into a special form, where, cooling, it hardens in the form of a rod. At the contact of this rod with heated equipment, the lubricant melts and is evenly distributed over its surface. In the form of a rod, a release coating is used to apply it to a rig with a surface of a simple configuration.
Дл нанесени на оснастку с поверхностью сложной конфигурации разделительное твердое покрытие раство- р ют в керосине до консистенции,обеспечивающей возможность использовани тампона или распылител .For application to a rig with a complex configuration surface, a separating hard coating is dissolved in kerosene to a consistency allowing the use of a tampon or sprayer.
, Table 1 shows the release coating compositions. ,
1-6.In tab. 2 shows the properties of the release coatings of formulations 1-6.
As can be seen from the table. 2, the number of removals of the cores, up to the necessity of applying the next layer of release coating, ranges from 25-35, which allows to improve the surface of the molds and cores and thereby increase the surface cleanliness and dimensional accuracy of castings.
The use of the proposed release coating for heated model-core tooling in comparison with the known one provides a reduction in the adherence of the mixture to the heated casting tooling, which allows an increase in the number of molds and cores from 25 to 35; improving the quality of the surface of the rods and the molds, which makes it possible to increase the purity of the surface of the castings.
