Экстракт под1целачивают и реакстрагируют из него 6-аминопенициллановую кислоту водой. Указанные соединени  выполн ют роль переноечиков 6-аминопенициллановой кислоты из водной среды в органическую . Органическа  среда может быть образована малорастворимыми в воде спиртами, сложными эфирами или другими подход щими растворител ми. Реэкстракцию 6-аминопенициллановой кислоты в водную среду производ т в щелочной среде. В результате проведени  процесса экстракции и реэкстракции происходит как концентрирование раствора 6-аминопенициллановой кислоты, так и удаление большого количества примесей, содержавшихс  в нaтивIю растворе.
