Description

Известны устройства пневматического действи , служащие дл  образовани  флюсовой подушки при сварке кольцевых и других стыковых швов, состо ш,ие из резинового шланга, в котором используютс  флюсы или формовочна  земл .Pneumatic devices are known that serve to form a flux cushion during welding of annular and other butt welds, consisting of a rubber hose in which fluxes or molding earth are used.

Предлагаемое устройство указанных недостатков не имеет. Это достигаетс  тем, что в нем, с целью улучшени  качества металла с обратной стороны сварного шва, на флюс или формовочную землю накладывают алюминиевую фольгу.The proposed device does not have these disadvantages.
