Description

Известны устройства дл  замера температурных режимов на конвейерных хлебопекарных печах, состо щие из электронного самопишущего потенциометра и батареи термопар, котора  вместе с холодными спа ми, расположенными в термостате, перемещаетс  с конвейерным подом печи.Devices for measuring temperature regimes on conveyor baking ovens are known, consisting of an electronic self-recording potentiometer and a battery of thermocouples, which, together with the cold joints located in the thermostat, move with the conveyor hearth of the oven.

Термостат закрепл етс  на люльке (конвейерный под) печи, а гор чие спаи термопар устанавливают в центр, верхнюю и нижние корки тестовой заготовки.
